Narangi is a place where we explore the warm, transformative, and powerful energy that resides within each of us. Here, we blend this vibrant energy with moments of stillness, silence, and the profound power of breath. Life is a continuous dance between movement and stillness, yin and yang, and here, we groove into this dynamic interplay.


Through the practice of yoga, we strive to find the perfect balance between these opposing forces. This balance allows our nervous system to say THANK YOU, and our bodies take care of us as they were designed to. To achieve this harmony, we must clear the obstacles standing on our way. This is the beautiful gift of yoga: the ability to let go of the unnecessary and embrace the essential.


As we journey deeper into our practice, we begin to unlock the inner spiritual being that lies behind the curtains. It is then that we realize our journey has only just begun.


My name is Ivana and I am a yoga instructor with 500h YTT learning experience. I would love to meet you on the yoga mat.

Dynamic and flowing style of yoga that combines the principles of Hatha yoga with the fluid movements of Vinyasa. It emphasizes synchronizing breath with movement, creating a seamless sequence of poses.

HATHA VINYASA YOGA

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Gentle and relaxing style of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation and stress relief. It involves holding restful poses for extended periods (3-5mins). Helps to calm the nervous system, promote healing, and restore balance to the body and mind.

HATHA YOGA

Branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to balance the body and mind. It's a great starting point for beginners, as it emphasizes slow and deliberate movements, helping to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

What I teach

My approach to yoga is inspired by rich tapestry of ancient Indian tradition and the wisdom of Taoism (ancient Chinese philosophy), both of which emphasize harmony, balance and approaching life without resistance. It’s life long and never ending learning.




The sun and the vibrant color orange symbolize energy, warmth, and transformation. In different cultures, orange symbolizes purity, simplicity, and detachment from material desires. Historically, the color orange represents the flame of the the Buddha's teachings and the burning away of ignorance.




Silence plays a crucial role, allowing us to connect deeply with our inner selves. Whenever I can, I practice a day of silence and I try to offer my students silent moments during the class.




In my 10y of yoga experience, I realized that the breath is the most powerful tool nature has given us. It is guiding us through each movement and moment of stillness, and helping us immensely to unlock our true potential.
